30-Day Free Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you receive your order for a full refund or exchange — return shipping is free, at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email tammiephilippezx@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We will reply with a free return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of us receiving the package), we will notify you by email of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, let us know when you start your return and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Exchanges are also free of charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at tammiephilippezx@gmail.com and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, email us at tammiephilippezx@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 1-2 business days. If it has already shipped, please wait to receive it and then follow the return process above for a full refund.
