What is Solidgrains jewelry made of?
Every piece is made from 925 sterling silver. Gold and rose gold finishes are 18K plating over the silver, and the silver finish is polished sterling silver. Stones are cubic zirconia, with mother-of-pearl, onyx or enamel on some designs — the exact materials are listed on each product page.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our warehouse in China. Each order is prepared in 3–7 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days after dispatch, so allow 10–22 business days in total. Parcels travel with YunExpress from our warehouse in China, then USPS for delivery within the United States. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase. We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I return a piece, including earrings?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery; pieces must be unworn, with the original pouch and box. Earrings can be returned only if unworn with the backing intact. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label — we cover the postage back to our warehouse in China.
When will I receive my refund?
We issue refunds within 10 business days of approving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 6-month warranty covers plating wear under normal use, broken clasps and loose settings. It does not cover scratches, pulled chains, damage from perfume, chlorine or chemicals, or lost items. Email support@solidgrains.com with your order number and photos to make a claim.
How do I choose a ring size, bracelet size or necklace length?
Each ring lists its available U.S. sizes, and each necklace and bracelet lists its length, in the options on its product page. Open the Size & length guide on the product page to see how each size fits.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@solidgrains.com with your order number and the change you need.

Necklaces
- 38–41 cm · 15–16 in — sits at the base of the neck.
- 42 cm · 16.5 in — rests on the collarbone, the everyday length.
- 45–46 cm · 17.7–18 in — falls just below the collarbone; easy to layer.
Bracelets
Measure your wrist snugly and add 1–2 cm (about 0.5 in) for a comfortable fit.
Rings
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you: about 16.5 mm is U.S. 6, 17.3 mm is U.S. 7, 18.1 mm is U.S. 8, 18.9 mm is U.S. 9 and 19.8 mm is U.S. 10.

Caring for your jewelry
- Put your jewelry on last and take it off first.
- Keep it dry and away from perfume, lotion, chlorine and sea water.
- Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, and store each piece in its pouch.
