Privacy policy

Solidgrains ("we", "us"), operated by Codetopia Digital, LLC, explains here how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit solidgrains.com or buy from us. Last updated: October 16, 2026.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.

How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect information you give us directly (for example at checkout or when you email us), information collected automatically when you use the site, and information from service providers that help us run the store.

What Personal Information We Collect

Contact details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number.
Order details: items purchased, order history, payment confirmation (card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them in full).
Account details: login email and password, if you create an account.
Communications: messages you send to customer support.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you reached the site.

How We Use Your Personal Information

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your questions, prevent fraud, keep the website secure and working, and — only if you agree — send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the cart, may then stop working.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We share information only with providers that help us run the store — our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and IT services — and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

User Generated Content

If you send us photos or reviews and agree to their publication, they may be visible to other visitors. Do not include personal details you want to keep private.

Third Party Websites and Links

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.

Children's Data

Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security and Retention of Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted checkout, to protect your information. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing. Email support@solidgrains.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also use our "Your Privacy Choices" page.

General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your data on the basis of contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (running and securing the store) or your consent (marketing). You may object or complain to your local data protection authority.

California Consumer Privacy Act, "CCPA"

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent.
