Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and processed within 1-3 business days of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally 6-10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We will work with the carrier to locate your package, and will provide a free reshipment or full refund if a package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged.
Partial Shipments or Missing Items
If your order arrives with an item missing, or was split into multiple shipments, contact us at tammiephilippezx@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will ship the missing item at no charge or issue a refund for it.
